Thank you for choosing JeexGeel. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a course purchase, We invite You to review our refund policy below.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and
  • Your request is submitted within the 2-day window from the time of purchase.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@jeexgeel.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • The name of the course
  • Order number or payment confirmation
  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2โ€“3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used to purchase the course (EVC Plus, Zaad, eDahab, Salaama Bank, or Dahabshiil Bank), where technically possible. You will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 2 days have passed since the purchase date
  • More than 20% of the course content has been completed
  • The request is related to dissatisfaction with general cryptocurrency, forex, or market outcomes rather than the quality of the course itself (see our Risk Disclaimer)

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly.
