About Our Services

JeexGeel is an online education platform based in Somalia, offering digital courses in the Somali language, including the Crypto Currency Course and the Shein App Course, delivered via our website using Tutor LMS and WooCommerce.

Payments

We accept payment through EVC Plus, Zaad, eDahab, Salaama Bank, and Dahabshiil Bank. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 2 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Submit refund requests to info@jeexgeel.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days. Requests made after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, students receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued for educational purposes and do not represent a professional license, degree, or government-recognized qualification.
